Kochadaiyaan is a Rajinikanth starrer Telugu film set to release in August 2012 under the banner of Eros Entertainment and Media One Global. It's still in production stage. Star Cast: Produced by: Sunil Lulla Directed by: Soundarya R. Ashwin Music by: A.R.Rehman Extras: Kochadaiyaan is a Telugu film but it's creating buzz in Bollywood because it has many Bollywood actors and the music of the film will be composed by none other than A.R.Rehman. The movie is being directed by Rajinikanth's daughter, Soundarya and stars the actor himself in the lead role. The female lead of the movie is Deepika Padukone who was finalized after many of the Bollywood actresses turned down the offer including Katrina Kaif, Vidya Balan and Anushka. Jackie Shroff would also make an appearance in the film. The movie will be released in 3D as well and has amazing technology used in Avatar and The Adventures of Tintin. The film is expected to complete the shooting by March 2012. Story: It is a fictional story being inspired from history. The title of the film implies the name of Lord Shiva and the King of Pandya Dynasty, Kochadaiyan Ranadhiran. |
